Once we do our inspection, we will deliver a report to you along with the recommended repairs you should make. After these repairs are made, you can use both the report and the receipts showing the repairs were made to the buyer and the inspector the buyer hires before closing. This report usually helps a great deal in making sure the final inspection goes smoothly and ends with you closing your home at the highest price-point you can.
If you are getting ready to sell your home, make sure to give us a call at 321-626-8959.
All inspection reports are delivered electronically via email. For every inspection Hound Dog Home Inspections delivers, we donate a portion of our profits to the SPCA to help feed the pets who are waiting to find a home.
One of the most stressful times of selling a home is the buyer's inspection. This is the time where their inspector may come in and discover a massive problem with the house that results in the seller paying for a very costly repair or the buyer backing out of the deal entirely. Avoid surprises when selling your home by getting a pre-listing inspection!
Why should I get a pre-listing inspection?
A Pre listing inspection can save the seller thousands of dollars in the sale of their home. By figuring out all the problems with your home before you list it, you can benefit during the selling process in a variety of ways, including:
Having more time to fix problems, allowing you to shop around for the best deals and options
Avoiding surprises in the buyer's inspection that may reduce your home value or tank your deal altogether
Equip you with the knowledge to accurately price your home
Put the buyer at-ease
